Laila Henson

Undergraduate Student

I am an undergraduate student at San Francisco State University majoring in Cellular and Molecular Biology. My goal is to become a genetic counselor and be involved in genetic research to help people in communities. I joined this lab to help support the research focused on identifying microglia-synaptic interactions following seizure induction. Outside the lab, you can find me playing basketball, cooking, or hosting game nights with my friends!
